（中央社記者謝佳珍台北30日電）總統馬英九今天與總統當選人蔡英文會晤，總統府發言人陳以信會後轉述，馬總統希望民主進步黨在太平島、南海議題上不能缺席；蔡英文則希望馬總統不要誤判民進黨立場。

馬總統與蔡英文上午在台北賓館東廂會晤，兩人會談約1小時15分，會後一同步出東廂，在東廂門口握手後，馬總統送蔡英文，不過只送到一半，最後由總統府秘書長曾永權送蔡英文上車。

蔡英文上車後，馬總統向蔡英文揮手，待蔡英文車隊離開後，馬總統隨後搭車離去。

陳以信在總統府會後記者會轉述，馬總統在會晤中提及太平島議題，向蔡英文說明菲律賓、越南做法，及美方對這項議題的理解，並強調在這個議題上沒與中國大陸合作。

陳以信說，馬總統也肯定民進黨秘書長吳釗燮日前在美國演講時重申太平島、南海主權立場，希望民進黨在太平島、南海議題上不能缺席。

陳以信轉述，蔡英文希望馬總統不要誤判民進黨立場，其他民進黨籍立法委員有不同看法，但要以民進黨中央為主。

陳以信轉述，蔡英文說，民進黨仍在野，還沒看過太平島相關檔案資料，希望儘快了解相關史料，蔡英文也強調，民進黨在南海立場，主權的主張沒改變。1050330
